Harvesting continues throughout the months of November - December in our gardens cared for as oil. Our oil olives collected in season take their place in our facility for processing on the same day. Natural Second Olive Oil is obtained by mechanical means such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil and does not undergo any refining process.
